Hi, the meetings must be taken more serious, especially about the middle school. Discipline must become more and we should know why we do every single thing in the classes. For example when we are working on movie we should know whether we are doing it improve the students' listening or anything... We almost have no writing, listening or reading practice. We have to bring into practice the curve of forgetting as it is really important, otherwise we almost lose most of the work we do in the classes.
